【摘要】 本文报道了一种蔬菜中农药残留毒性的快速灵敏的检测方法 ,检测在自行研制的小型专用便携式农药残留毒性快速测定仪上进行 ,仪器通过比较特定的酶催化显色反应的动力学曲线 ,直接显示有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药对乙酰胆碱酶的抑制率 ,以此求得农药残留毒性水平 ,本方法对敌敌畏的检出限为 2 2× 1 0 -3 μg/mL。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper a rapid and sensieive method for the determination of the toxicity of pesticide residues in the vegetables was reported. This determination was carried out with a portable pesticide detector made by ourselves, Which could directly display the inhibition rate of organophosphates and carbamates pesticide to acetyl-cholinesterase (AChE),then the level of the toxicity of pesticide residues was evaltated.
