ICP-AES法直接测定高纯氧化铒中14个稀土杂质元素
Direct Determination of 14 Rare Earths Elements in the High Purity Erbium Oxide by ICP-AES
【摘要】 本文采用ICPAES技术 ,对纯度为 99 99%氧化铒中 1 4个稀土杂质元素的直接测定进行了研究。对分析线的选择 ,工作功率 ,载气流量 ,观测高度 ,进样浓度等条件进行了试验。本法条件下 ,各分析元素的相对标准偏差小于 8% ,标准加入回收率介于 92 %1 0 8%之间。试验证明 ,本法准确、快速 ,结果满意
【Abstract】 In this paper, The dircet determination of 14 Rare earth elements in Erbium oxide of 99 99% by ICPAES was studied. The experiments for the selection of analysis lines, working power, the feowing eapauty of carrier gas, obseriving hieght, and sampling concentration etc were carried out. Under the given condition, the relative standard deviation was less than 8%, standard addition recoveries were in the range of 92%108%.
