食品添加剂碳酸钠中氯化物测定方法的探讨
DETERMINATION OF CHLORINE IN SODIUM CARBONATE.
【摘要】 目的 :寻找一种方法代替硝酸汞法测定食品添加剂碳酸钠中的氯化物。方法 :采用酒石酸溶液调节碳酸钠溶液的酸碱度 ,并将钠离子固定 ,在此环境中用硝酸银标准溶液测定食品添加剂碳酸钠中的氯化物。结果 :取得了与硝酸汞法一致的测定效果。结论 :是一种既无污染又简便的新分析方法。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study a improved method on determination of chlorine in sodium carbonate as food additive.Method:It uses trataric acid solution to modulate the pH of sodium carbonate solution.Sodium was steady in the same time too.Results:The approximate result was given by using AgNO 3 instead of mercuric nitrate which is used in the standard solution.Conclusion:The improved method was easy to operate,less likely to be contaminated.
