【摘要】 目的 :了解和掌握云南省一般人群对艾滋病知识认识的现况。方法 :采用匿名自填问卷方式 ,对随机抽取的云南省 17地州市 16～ 45岁 2 0 0 0名的人口学基本特征 ,艾滋病知识 ,知识来源和健康教育方式三部分问卷调查。结果 :云南省一般人群从多种途径对艾滋病知识有一定的了解 ,总正确回答率 6 4.1% ,总平均 19.2 3± 4.76分 ,但对一些问题仍存在认识上的偏差 ,甚至产生认识上的错误。掌握艾滋病知识较多者主要是城市居民、文化层次较高、有较好职业和较高的经济收入、经常外出的人群 ;而那些从不外出、经济状况较差、文化程度较低的农民掌握的艾滋病知识较少。结论 :一般人群对艾滋病知识的认识还不够 ,尤其是农民人群对艾滋病知识认识水平还很低 ,亟待加强教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To keep abreast of general populations knowledge of HIV/AIDS in Yunnan province.Method:By questionnaire,populations basic characteristics,knowledge of HIV/AIDS,knowledge sources and ways of health education have been investigated among 2000 sampling persons aged from 16 to 45 in 17 prefectures in Yunnan province.Results:In Yunnan province,general population has certain knowledge of HIV/AIDS from several ways.The rate of the right answers is 64 1%,with an average mark of 19 23±4 76,but they have deviation in knowledge to some questions and some even have erroneous knowledge.Those who have more knowledge about HIV/AIDS are mainly inhabitants in cities and people having higher education,good income and frequent traveling.However,farmers without any traveling,in poor economic condition,with lower education have poor knowledge about HIV/AIDS.Conclusion:General population dose not have enough knowledge about HIV/AIDS.Farmers,in particular,have very poor knowledge about HIV/AIDS.Further education needs enhancing.更多还原
