【摘要】 目的 :探讨农村社区吸烟、饮酒与食管癌的关系。方法 :对 2 5 6例食管癌新发病例进行 1∶ 1病例对照研究。结果 :吸烟 (OR=2 .0 4)、饮后吸烟习惯 (OR=2 .5 2 )能增加食管癌发生的危险性 ,吸烟年限越长、日吸烟量越大患食管癌的可能性越大。结论 :控制吸烟对于农村社区食管癌的防治有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This paper aim to explore the relationship bteween the habit of smoking,drinking and the attacking of esophageal cancer in rural community.Method:256 cases of nwe esophageal cancer matched 1∶1 with controls were interviewed.Result:Smoking( OR =2 04),the habit of smoking after dinner( OR =2 52),the longer the years of smoking and the more number of smoking per day increased the risk of esophageal cancer.Conclusion:Giving up smoking will be useful for the prevention of esophageal cancer in rural community.更多还原
