红毛五加多糖对体外人胃癌细胞生长和集落形成的抑制作用
THE INHIBITORY EFFECT OF ACANTHOPANAX GIRALDII HARMS VAR HISPIDUS HOO POLYSACCHARIDES ON THE STEM CELL OF GASTRIC CANCER.
【摘要】 目的 :探索红毛五加多糖对胃癌细胞的抑制作用。方法 :采用生长曲线和集落形成实验。结果 :该多糖对胃癌细胞的增殖和胃癌干细胞均有显著性抑制作用。结论 :红毛五加多糖对胃癌细胞的体外增殖和集落形成具有抑制作用并具有时间效应和剂量效应。
【Abstract】 Objectives:To investigate the inhibitory effect of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms Var Hispidus Hoo polysaccharides(AGP) on the gastric cancer cell.Method:The cell proliferation curve and the clone forming approaches were adopted.Results:AGP inhibited the proliferation of the gastric cancer cell and the stem cell of the gastric cancer.Conclusion:There are time effect and dose effect relationships between AGP and the gastric cancer cells.Moreover,the recovery and transition of the gastric cancer may be somewhat inhibited by AGP.
