【摘要】 目的 :发展和验证神经行为测试系统中文第三版 (NES— C3)。方法 :基于神经行为测试系统中文第一、二版 ,以标准化、敏感度、精确性、实用性为目标进行设计 ,并在一年级医学生受试者 46人中进行验证。结果 :复测信度系数 r=0 .38～ 0 .90 ;初测同质性信度系数 Cronbach a1=0 .6 9～ 0 .82 ,复测 Cronbach a2 =0 .70～ 0 .94;与 NCTB的同时效度系数r= 0 .40～ 0 .72。结论 :视感知测试结构较稳定 ,信度与效度较好更多还原

【Abstract】 Aims:For developing and validating of the visual perception tests of neurobehavioral evaluation system 3rd Chinese version.Methods:Based on the 1st(1987) & 2nd(1993) Chinese versions of neurobehavioral evaluation system,the third version of NES(NES—C3) was developed.The visual perception function tests were covering:1)Two digit search;2)Symbol digit;3)Length discrimination;4)Switch attention;5)Digit span and 6)3 dimensions reasoning tests,total six subtests.To validate the test,it was administered to 46(male 22,female 24) first grade medical students.Results:The correlation coefficient of test retest was ranged from 0 38～0 90;the cronbach a was 0 69～0 82(test) and 0 70～0 94(retest);and the correlation coefficient of the concurrent validity with NCTB was 0 40～0 72.Conclusion:The visual perception test of NES—C3 is proved to be with satisfied reliability and validity.更多还原
