【摘要】 目的 :了解寿星口服液的安全性和保健功效。方法 :小鼠急性毒性试验 ,兔皮肤及眼刺激性试验 ,大鼠亚慢性毒性试验 ,对黑腹果蝇的抗衰老系列试验 ,以及对BALB/C小鼠免疫功能影响系列试验等。结果 :该品无毒无刺激性 ,在亚慢性毒性试验中也无异常发现 ;它具有增强机体活力 ,增强机体抗寒力 ,增进机体性功能等作用 ,但其延寿效应不明显 ;该品还对机体特异性细胞免疫、特异性体液免疫和非特异性单核—巨噬细胞吞噬功能均有较强的调节增强作用。结论 :寿星口服液安全无毒 ,具有较好的保健功效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the toxicity and functional effect of longevity oral liquor Method:Acute toxicity test in mice simulative test of skin and eye in hare,subchronic toxicity test in Wistar rats,antisenile test in drosophila melanogaster,and immunity functional regulation test in BALB/c mice Results:The longevity oral liquor has not acute toxicity and stimulation Abnormal phenomena had not been found in subchronic toxicity test It had been found that the oral liquor can strengthen body vigor,enhance body anticold function and promote body sexual function effects,but its effect of prolonging life spans was not clear It had also been found that stronger effects of regulating and strengthening body specific cell immunity,specific liquid immunity,and unspecified monocyte megalophage function Conclusion:The longevity oral liquor is safe to use and is of good health function更多还原
