桦木尘提取液的体内外急性毒性和微核效应

【摘要】 目的 :探讨桦木尘急性毒性和诱变性。方法 :选用中国昆明种小鼠和BALB/c 3T3细胞 ,采用桦木尘水提取液与有机提取液进行急性毒性试验与微核效应测试。结果 :小鼠体内的LD50 分别为 2 0 0g/kg和 42 2 g/kg ,5 0 %BALB/c 3T3细胞死亡率的剂量分别为 12 3× 10 3 μg/ml和 0 2 4× 10 3 μg/ml。两提取液均可引起小鼠体内PCE微核率细胞与BALB/c 3T3细胞微核和多核率的明显提高 ,剂量反应关系成立。结论 :桦木尘水及有机提取液均存在体内外急性毒性和诱变性。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore acute toxicity and the frequencies of micronucleated cells induced by water extracts and organic extracts of birch wood dust Methods:Mice and BALB/c-3T3 cells were respectively treated with water extracts and organic extracts of birch wood dust Results:When treated with both extracts,LD 50 in mice were 20 0g/kg and 42 2g/kg,and the dose of 50% mortality in BALB/c-3T3 cells were 12 3×10 3μg/ml and 0 24×10 3μg/ml Both extracts could increase the frequencies of micronucleated cells in polychromatic red cell of mice′s sternum marrow and the frequencies of micronucleated and multinucleated cells in BALB/c-3T3 cells,and a dose-response relationship was observed Conclusions:Water extracts and organic extracts of birch wood dust were acute toxic and mutagenic in vivo and in vitro
