【摘要】 目的 :对老年男性单纯收缩期高血压和非单纯收缩期高血压的危险因素进行研究 ,了解之间的差异 ,以加强防治措施。方法 :通过对市区 6 0岁以上男性离休干部用统一的问卷和方法进行调查 ,分析年龄、高血压家族史、体重、吸烟、饮酒、血糖、血脂、纤维蛋白原等 16个变量值 ,统计分析用 L ogistic回归。结果 :单纯收缩期高血压 (ISH) 92人 ,非单纯收缩期高血压 (NISH) 2 34人 ,对照组 110人 ,单因素 logistic回归分析 ,ISH与年龄、体重、血糖关系显著 ,NISH与吸烟、体重关系显著。多因素 logistic回归分析 ,年龄、体重指数、血糖与 ISH关系显著 ;体重指数与 NISH的关系显著。体重增高是两类高血压共同的危险因素。结论 :两种类型高血压危险因素虽然是有差异的 ,但在防治中改变不良的生活习惯 ,控制体重对防治两种类型高血压都是必要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study on risk facto for two types of hypertension in old male people.Methods:We inquired more than 60 years old male persons living in the city by means of same investigation forms.The results were analyzed by logistic regression modle.Results:There were 92 patients with ISH,234 patients with NISH and 110 control patients with no hypertension.The results showed that ISH was related to age,drinker,weight and blood sugar level and that NISH was related to weight by simple logistic regression analysis.The multiple logistic regression analysis suggested that the risk factors of ISH were age,BMI and the blood sugar level and that risk factors of NISH were BMI.The BMI was common risk factor for two types of hypertension.Conclusion:It is necessary to change bad living habits for prevention of two types hypertension although there were different risk factors between two types of hypertension.更多还原
