维生素C对重铬酸钾发育毒性拮抗作用研究
EFFECTS OF ASCORBIC ACID ON THE DEVELOPMENTAL TOXICITY INDUCED BY POTASSIUM DICHROMATE IN RAT AND MOUSE WHOLE EMBRYO CULTURED IN VITRO.
【摘要】 本实验应用大、小鼠全胚胎培养方法研究维生素 C拮抗重铬酸钾对大、小鼠胚胎的发育毒性。结果表明 ,10倍于重铬酸钾浓度的维生素 C可有效地拮抗重铬酸钾对大、小鼠胚胎的发育毒性。加入维生素 C后 ,重铬酸钾浓度分别在15 m g· L- 1和 18mg· L- 1以上时才对大、小鼠胚胎生长发育及形态分化有明显的影响。而在未加入维生素 C时 ,重铬酸钾浓度在 0 .5 mg· L- 1和 1.5 mg· L- 1 ,即可影响大、小鼠胚胎的生长发育。表明维生素 C可有效地拮抗重铬酸钾对大、小鼠胚胎的发育毒性。
【Abstract】 day rat(mouse) embryos were explanted and cultured in 0 5(1 5)mg·L -1 potassum dichromate rat serum for 48h.Embroynic development was siginificantly different form the controls.When 10 times potassium dichromate concentration level of ascorbic acid was added to the culture medium along with potassium dichromate,only when potassium dichromate concentration was 15mg·L -1 (18mg·L -1 ) or higher concentration,the development of embryo was significantly different from the controls.The results indicate that ascorbic acid can antagonize effectively the developmental toxicity of potassium dichromate on rat(mouse) embryos in vitro.
