【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To set up a method for quality control of ampelopsis grossedetala.METHOD:The content of dihydromyricetin in ampelopsis grossedetala was determinated by TLCScaner.RESULTS:The content of dihydromyricetin in ampelopsis grossedetala is 38.17%～38.54%.The mean recovery was 98.5%,and RSD was 1.6%.CONCLUSION:The method was rapid,simple,and stable.The result is reliable.更多还原
