【摘要】 目的 :对比观察注射用复方胞肌与胞二磷胆碱治疗视神经萎缩的临床疗效。方法 :将 60例视神经萎缩患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组采用注射用复方胞肌 (复方组 ) ,对照组采用胞二磷胆碱 (胞液组 ) ,均球后注射给药 ,2 0次为一疗程 ,将用药前后的视力、视野、视觉诱发电位 (PVEP和FVEP)进行比较。结果 :临床试验显示复方组各项指标及总疗效均显著优于胞液组 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :组成注射用复方胞肌的两药具有较好的协同作用 ,注射用复方胞肌的治疗作用优于胞二磷胆碱。该药为视神经萎缩患者提供了一种新的有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of compound cytionosine for injection and citicoline against the optic nerve atrophy.METHOD:Sixty patients with optic nerve atrophy were randomly divided into a treatment group that receive compound cytoinosine for injection and a control group that receive citicoline.Each course consisted 20 retrobulbar injections.Visual acuity,visula fields and VEP were measured pre and post therapy respectively stively.RESULTS:The clinical total effective rate in compound cytoinosine for injection group(70%) was higher than that in citicoline group (33.3 %)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:It is suggested that compound cytoinosine for injection can effectively recover the optic nerve injury,and may possibly become a valuable agent for the treatment of optic nerve atrophy.更多还原
