【摘要】 目的:制订一日清口服液质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的金银花、连翘、栀子进行定性鉴定;采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的黄芩苷进行定量。结果:定性鉴别能从样品中检出相应的斑点,含量测定黄芩苷进样量在0.143～0.683μg与峰面积有良好的线性关系,回收率为99.51%。结论:方法简便,灵敏、可靠,具有实用性。更多还原
