【摘要】 为了解窄QRS波群心动过速ST_T改变的临床意义 ,观察60例窄QRS波群室上性心动过速发作时心电图R_R间期、ST_T改变和心腔内心电图房间传导时间、逆向心房激动顺序。结果显示 :房室折返性心动过速的ST段压低>2mm和/或T波倒置 ( % )、ST段压低幅度、房间传导时间均非常显著大于房室结折返性心动过速 (P均<0.01) ;发作时ST_T改变左侧旁道多见于V1～V6 导联、右侧旁道多见于Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF导联 (P均<0.05)。认为ST_T改变有助于上述两类折返性心动过速的鉴别和旁道位置的估计。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study clinical significance of ST _ T changes during narrow QRS complex tachycardia, we analysed 12 _ lead electrocardiograms and electrophyiologic data during narrow QRS supraventricular techycardia to evaluate R _ R interval,ST _ T changes and interatrial activation times(%) and pattern of retrograde atrial activation in 60 patients.Results showed that ST _ T segment depression>2mm and/or T wave inversion and mean magnitude of ST segment depression in atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia were apparently more significant than those in atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (P<0.01).In group with AVRT,ST _ T changes in leads V1 to V6 was observed more frequently in patients with a left accessory pathway,right accessory pathway frequently appeared in Ⅱ,Ⅲ,aVF leads (P<0.05).Data of this study showed that analysis of ST _ T changes was a useful adjunct for determing type of reentrant supraventricular techycardia and for guiding preliminary location of accessory pathway.更多还原
