【摘要】 为探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术对心电图的影响 ,观察54例患者冠状动脉旁路移植术前后体表心电图。结果显示术后心律失常、ST_T改变随着病情恢复逐渐减少 ,3～6个月复查心电图时ST_T改变与术前相比差异有显著意义 (P<0.01)。术后部分患者出现一过性一度房室传导阻滞和左心房负荷过重。冠状动脉旁路移植术后心电图示 :在心肌梗死区域相关的所有导联随着Q波消失或缩小并伴有r波增长占15.4% ,部分导联Q波消失或缩小并伴r波增长占23.1%。说明行冠状动脉旁路移植术有利于心肌血供的改善 ,并可使部分濒临死亡的心肌恢复电活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate effects of coronary artery bypass graft(CABG) on changes of electrocardiogram,fifty four(54) consecutive patients who underwent CABG were followed _ up.Changes of electrocardiogram were observed before and after CABG surface electrocardiography.Results showed that incidence of arrhythmia and ST _ T segment changes,were decreased gradually after CABG,in 3～6 months after CABG,ST _ T alterations were improved significantly compared with pre _ CABG(P<0.01).Transient one degree A _ V block and leftatrium overloading were presented in some cases. ECG suggested abnormal Q wave disappearance or shrinkage accompanied to r wave increment were 17.7% at all and 27.2% at partial leads related to myocardial infarction area after CABG. Present studies indicated that myocardial blood circulation was increased and electronic activity was recovered by CABG.更多还原
