【摘要】 为了解阵发性心房颤动发生的昼夜规律 ,采用动态心电图对73例阵发性心房颤动患者24h心房颤动的发生、持续时间以及终止规律进行分析。结果显示阵发性心房颤动的发生有两个高峰 (14∶00、21∶00～24∶00)和两个低谷 (04∶00～06∶00、12∶00) ;其持续的高峰 (13∶00、24∶00)与发生的高峰相接近 ,而终止的高峰 (04∶00～05∶00)与发生低谷相对应。认为阵发性心房颤动的昼夜节律可能对心房颤动的治疗和预防具有临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate day _ night changes of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,we selected 73 cases of PAF to study their occurring,lasting and ending of PAF.Results indicated that occurring of PAF had two peaks and two troughs.Lasting peak was close to occurring peak and ending peak approached occurring trough.Conclusion was occurring,lasting and ending of PAF had their own day _ night rhythm.This rhythm might have clinical significance to guide treatment and prevention of PAF.更多还原
