【Abstract】 The end of W. W. II saw a radical increase of direct investment internationally, in which Japan and the US played important roles as major investors. However, there are major differences between Japan and the US in terms of investment status and strategies, which reflected the two countries’ different modes of direct foreign investment. This paper, based on a comparison of the different trends of the two countries’ investment strategies, is focused on a study of the theoretical basis for their different investment practice.更多还原
