【摘要】 目的评价高度近视白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术的临床疗效 .方法对眼轴长 >2 6mm的 39例 (43只眼 )高度近视并发白内障患者 ,施行白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术 .结果平均随访 2 4个月 (12～ 48个月 ) ,眼轴2 6～ 2 8mm 2 5只眼 ,术后矫正视力 >0 5的 2 2只眼 ,占 88% ,眼轴长 >2 8mm 18只眼 ,术后矫正视力 >0 5的 4只眼 ,仅占 2 2 % .术后未见视网膜脱离、青光眼、角膜营养不良等并发症 .结论高度近视眼白内障行人工晶体植入术 ,安全可靠 ,手术并发症少 .视力差的主要原因为眼底病变 ,并随眼轴长增加而增加 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber IoL implantation in highly myopic eye.Methods 39 cases (43 eyes) of cataract with very long axial length (>26.00mm) were done extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber IoL implantation.Results During a follow-up of 12 to 48 months,averaging 24 months,88% of the eyes with ocular axial lengths of 26 to 28mm achieved their postoperative corrected visual acuities (PCVA) of 10/20 or more,whereas for eyes with axial lengths over 28mm the PCVAS in 22% of the eyes were 10/20 or more.There had been no complications of rentinal detachment,glaucoma or corneal dystrophy.Conclusions The study indicated that extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber IoL was safe for highly myopic eyes.The cause of its poor PCVA is due to its pathologic change in the fundus and the PCVA becomes worse as its axial length is increasing.更多还原
