【摘要】 目的　探讨成人肠套叠CT和MRI表现与诊断的价值 .方法　总结 8例经手术和病理证实的成人肠套叠的CT和MRI特征 .结果　 8例CT表现为结肠内偏心性软组织肿块影 ,其中 4例见肾型或双叶型影 ,3例见香肠样影 ,2例呈羽毛球样影 ;增强扫描肿块有明显强化 .3例MRI检查发现结肠内偏心性或套环样肿块 ,其中 1例可见羽毛球征 .结论　CT对成人肠套叠具有诊断价值 ,但不能发现潜在的病因 ;MRI可发现有价值征象 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of CT and MRI for intussusception in adults.Methods The findings of computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging of 8 cases with the intussusception in adults were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnosis was proved by operation and pathology.Results Among 8 cases CT examination,there were eccentric parenchyma masses in colon. The masses appeared reniform or bifoliate shape in 4 cases, sausage shape in 3 cases and shuttlecock shape in 2 cases. The masses were obviously enhanced on contrast enhanced CT scan. MRI was obtained in 3 cases, which demonstrated eccentric parenchyma masses in colon. The mass appeared shuttlecock shape in 1 case. The masses were obviously enhanced after intravenous Gd-DTPA injection in 2 cases. Conclusions CT can diagnose intussusception in adults,but it can’t indicates pathogeny. MRI can demonstrate valuable signs.更多还原
