【摘要】 目的探讨微量血锌原卟啉（Ｚｐｐ）测定对儿童缺铁性贫血（ＩＤＡ）的早期诊断及治疗效果评估的临床意义，方法对６７例贫血患儿末梢血 Ｈｂ＜１１０ｇ／Ｌ进行 Ｚｐｐ测定，并对Ｚｐｐ升高的 ２５例患儿进行铁试验治疗．结果 ６７例患儿中有６５例Ｚｐｐ量不同程度升高，铁试验治疗显示，随治疗的继续，Ｈｂ逐渐升高，Ｚｐｐ值逐渐下降．治疗８周贫血纠正，Ｚｐｐ下降至正常结论Ｚｐｐ作为缺铁性贫血的诊断及疗效观察的可靠指标，具有重要的临床意义．更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To search for the value of Zinc protoporphyrin (Zpp) measurement in early diagnosis and observation of therapeutic effect in children with iron deficiency anemia. Methods The contents of Zpp in blood were measured in 67 patients with iron deficiency anemia (Hb<110g/L). A trial iron therapy was performed in 25 Patients. Results The level of Zpp in the blood was obviously high in 65 patients with iron deficiency anemia. The iron therapy resulted in the level of Zpp beginning to drop in the first week and to return to normal level in eight week after the iron therapy. Conclusions Zpp is a useful index of diagnosis of line deficiency anemia and can be used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.更多还原
