RIA法和MEIA法测定血β-HCG结果比较及临床意义
Clinical Application Assessment and Comparison between Assaying Total β-HCG with MEIA and Assaying β-HCG with RIA
【摘要】 目的观察MEIA法检测总β-HCG和RIA法检测β-HCG对早孕诊断、人流术后监测等疾病中的应用价值;比较两种方法的灵敏度、特异性;分析它们之间的相关性.方法收集121例早孕、人流术后等血清标本,分别用雅陪全自动分析仪(采用MEIA法)和RIA法检测总β-HCG和β-HCG.结果MEIA法检测早孕的灵敏度为100%,而RIA法为86.1%;特异性均为100%.总β-HCC和β-HCC的相关性为0.81,p<0.001;回归方程为:β- HCG(μg/L)=总β- HCG(IU/L) ×0.000502+7.93(当总β- HCG> 25时),p<0.001.结论 MEIA法检测总β-HCG对诊断早孕较RIA法检测β-HCG灵敏;在人流术后监测有利于判断手术是否彻底;总β-HCG和β-HCG之间有良好的相关性,可用回归方程进行预测.
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical utility of total β-HCG testing with MEIA in pregnancy testing, artificial abortion ect. by comparing with RIA method. To compare the sensibility, speciality and correlation between RIA and MEIA. Methods Collecting 121 cases serum samples of doubtul pregnancy and artificial abortion, assaying total β-HCG with MEIA and β-HCG with RIA. Results The sensibility of diagnosing pregnancy with MEIA is 100%, with RIA is 86.1%; the speciality is 100% in diagnosing pregnancy, either with MEIA or RIA. The correlation coefficient is 0. 81 between total β-HCG and β- HCG (p < 0.001). The regression formula is: β-HCG (μg/L) = total β- HCG(IU/L). 0.000502+ 7. 93 (caution: only when total β-HCG>25), p<0.0001. Conclusions Assaying total β-HCG with MEIA is more sensitive than assaying β-HCG with RIA in diagnosing pregnancy. It is helpful in detecting change of β-HCG in artificial abortion. There is a good correlation between total β- HCG and β-HCG, we can predict one from another one with the repression formula.
