窦房结中突触素的增龄性变化及其病理性改变与猝死的关系

【摘要】 目的观察窦房结中突触素增龄性变化的规律,并探讨其病理学改变与猝死的关系,方法选取57例非心脏疾病死亡者和10例较死者的心脏标本,用免疫组织化学显示窦房结中的突触素,并用计算机图像分析技术测量突触素的阳性物面积,结果在非心脏疾病死亡者,窦房结中的突触素阳性物在1岁以前较少,1岁以后显著增多,并在1~20岁年龄组达到最多,其后随年龄增加而减少,70岁以后降至最低;而在猝死者,5例窦房结中的突触素阳性物比同年龄组非心脏疾病死亡者明显减少,结论 窦房结中的神经组织在生理情况下存在增龄性变化.窦房结中突触素的病理性减少可能是猝死的原因之一。

【Abstract】 Objoetive To observe the regularity of the age-related changes of synaptophysin in sino- a-trial node, and to study the relations of its pathological changes with sudden death Methods The hearts from 57 deceased without cardiac diseases and to patients with sudden death were sampled. The synaptophysin in sino-atrial node was stained immunohistochemically, and the positive areas of synaptophysin were measured by computerized image analysis. Results In the deceased without cardiac diseases, the amount of synaptophysin -positivity in the sino-atrial node was reatively small befor 1 year of age, then increased and reached to maximum in 1-20 years group and followed by decrease with aging. After 70 years of age, the amount of synapto physin-positivity was reduced to a minimum. However, among the patients with sudden death, the amount of synaptophysin-positivity in the sino-atrial node of 5 cases was significantly less than that of the deceased without cardiac diseases which were in the same age group. Conclusions There were age-related changes of neural tissue in mormal sino-atrial node. The pathological decrease of synaptophysin in sino-atrial node might be one of the factors causing sudden death.
