【摘要】 目的　探讨IPSEmpress2全瓷桥及冠修复效果。 方法　分别制作IPSEmpress1全瓷冠 5 0件、IPSEmpress2全瓷冠 5 0件和全瓷桥 16件 ,及金合金基底烤瓷桥 16件 ,比较IPSEmpress1和IPSEmpress2全瓷冠及IPSEmpress2全瓷桥与金合金基底烤瓷桥修复体颜色、形态、基牙龋患率、修复体的边缘密合度、边缘着色和修复体折断情况 ,随访 3～ 12个月。结果　IPSEmpress2全瓷冠的颜色、形态、基牙龋患率、修复体的边缘密合度、边缘着色与IPSEmpress1无统计学差异 ,在修复体折断率方面IPSEmpress2低于IPSEmpress1(P <0 .0 5 ) ,IPSEmpress2全瓷桥在颜色方面好于金合金基底烤瓷桥 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其他方面无统计学差异。结论　IPSEmpress2全瓷桥及冠近期修复效果良好 ,值得临床推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of IPS Empress2 all-ceramic bridges and crowns.Methods 50 IPS Empress1 crowns,50 IPS Empress2 crowns and 16 IPS Empress2 all-ceramic bridges and 16 porcelain bridges with gold alloy were made for 88 patients,followed up 3～12 months,the clinical effects of IPS Empress1 between IPS Empress2 and IPS Empress2 all-ceramic bridges between porcelain bridges with gold alloy were compared respectively.Results IPS Empress2 was same as IPS Empress1 in color and shape of prostheses,margin sealing and second caries of abutments,IPS Empress2 was better than IPS Empress1 in fracture of prostheses significantly (P< 0.05 ),IPS Empress2 all-ceramic bridges was better than porcelain bridges with gold alloy in color of prostheses (P< 0.05 ),it was same as porcelain bridges with gold alloy in fracture of prostheses and shape of prostheses,margin sealing second caries of abutments.Conclusion The effects of IPS Empress2:all-ceramic bridges and crowns are perfect in short time and they can be widely applied.更多还原
