【摘要】 目的　进一步了解骨形成蛋白 (BMP)在牙齿及牙周组织中的表达 ,为研究BMP在牙周组织的修复再生及骨改建中的作用提供实验数据。方法　用BMP单克隆抗体免疫组化染色及计算机图像分析的方法对正常兔牙周组织BMP的表达进行了定性、定量分析。结果　在牙周膜中 ,BMP的分布不同 ,在靠近牙槽骨和牙骨质侧染色较深 ,成骨细胞、成牙骨质细胞、成纤维细胞染色均呈强阳性 ,牙槽骨、牙龈染色阴性。近中侧BMP表达量明显低于远中侧。结论　正常兔牙周组织中存在BMP ,兔上颌第一磨牙生理性牙齿移动的方向可能是向近中侧更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To further understand the expression of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) in the teeth and periodontal tissue and to supply the experimental data for the role of BMP in the reparation of periodontal tissue and the bone remodeling.Methods The BMP expression in normal periodontal tissue of rabbits was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using BMP monoclonal antibody with immunohistochemical staining and image analysis system.Results There was BMP expression in normal periodontal tissue of rabbits and the distribution of BMP expression was different in periodontal membrane.the staining near alveoli and cementum,was darker,osteoblasts,cementoblasts and fibroblasts demonstrated strong positive staining,alveoli and gum showed negative staining,the BMP expression on mesial side was obviously lower than that on the distal side.Conclusion BMP existed in normal periodontal tissue of rabbits and the direction of physiological tooth movement of the first molar of rabbits could be toward mesial side.更多还原
