【摘要】 目的　研究 8-MOP与ATRA联合应用对Mc3细胞膜表面凝集素受体表达的影响。方法　免疫组织化学染色方法。结果　对照组凝集素受体表达分别为 :PNA(+～ + + ) ,UEA(-～ + + ) ,SBA(+～ + + ) ,RCA(+～ + + ) ;8-MOP组凝集素受体表达分别为 :PNA(-～ + + ) ,UEA(+ ) ,SBA(+ ) ,RCA(+～ + + ) ;ATRA组凝集素受体表达分别为 :PNA(-～ + + ) ,UEA(+ ) ,SBA(+～ + + ) ,RCA(+ ) ;8-MOP +ATRA组凝集素受体表达分别为 :PNA(-～ + + ) ,UEA(+ ) ,SBA(-～ + ) ,RCA(+～ + + )。结论　PNA ,UEA ,SBA和RCA染色强度的下降或增高可能提示肿瘤倾向于良性分化更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the agglutinin receptor effects of 8-MOP combined with ATRA or alone on Mc3 cells.Methods Cell immunohistochemical staining method.Results Four agglutinin rceptors expressions of control group were PNA(+～++),UEA(-～++),SBA(+～++) and RCA(+～++);those of 8-MOP group were PNA(-～++),UEA(+),SBA(+) and RCA(+～++);those of ATRA group were PNA(-～++),UEA(+),SBA(+～++) and RCA(+);those of 8-MOP combined with ATRA group were PNA(-～++),UEA(+),SBA(-～+) and RCA(+～++).Conclusion The decrease or increase of staining intensity of PNA,UEA,SBA and RCA may indicate benign differentiation of Mc3 cells.更多还原
