口腔念珠菌白斑中CD44H、CD44v3和CD44v6的异常表达
Aberrant CD44H,-v3 and -v6 expression in oral candidal leukoplakia
【摘要】 目的 研究口腔念珠菌白斑 (oralcandidalleukoplakia ,OCL)上皮中CD44H、CD44v3和CD44v6的表达特点及其与炎症、癌变的关系。方法 用免疫组织化学方法对 2 9例OCL上皮中CD44H、CD44v3和CD44v6的表达进行研究。结果 OCL单纯增生、轻度异常增生上皮有CD44H、CD44v3和CD44v6的强阳性表达 ;重度异常增生上皮全部出现低表达 ,与对照组非白念白斑一致 ;形成微脓肿或炎症密集区的上皮出现低表达。结论 口腔念珠菌白斑伴上皮重度异常增生者CD44H、CD44v3及CD44v6表达下降 ,可能与癌变有关 ;炎症明显区域CD44H、CD44v3及CD44v6出现低表达及细胞间粘附力下降
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of CD44H,-v3 and -v6 in oral candiadal leukoplakia (OCL) epithelia and its relationship to the carcinogenesis.Methods Expression of CD44H,-v3 and -v6 in 29 cases of OCL was studied by immunohistochemistry.Results OCL with simple hyperplasia and mild epithelial dysplasia showed strong CD44H,-v3 and -v6 staining on cell membrane as a reticular pattern.Down-regulation expression of CD44H,-v3 and -v6 was noted in 6 cases of severe dysplasia.Reduced expression of CD44H,-v3 and -v6 was also demonstrated in the epithelial associated with tiny abscess or intensive inflammation.The expression of CD44H,-v3 and -v6 in the epithelia of OCL was basically consistent with the expressions in oral leukoplakia which was as controlled group.Conclusion The results support OCL as precancer disease,and inflammation may results in CD44H,-v3 and -v6 down-regulated expression and decreased cell adhesion.
