【摘要】 目的　本文通过对一组下颌骨骨折病例的回顾性研究 ,评价了加压固定的适应症和并发症。方法　33例 39处下颌骨骨折 ,采用动力加压接骨板 ,部分病例附加张力带 ,进行坚固内固定。术后进行 3～ 12个月 ,平均4个月追踪观察和综合分析。结果　术后颌间固定情况是单发骨折平均 6 .49天 ,多发骨折平均 9.90天。早期恢复了正常张口度 ,但 4例术后出现牙合干扰。结论　加压内固定术是治疗下颌骨垂直断面骨折的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A group of patients with mandibular fractures were retrospectively studied to evaluate the complications and indications for compressive osteosynthesis.Methods Thirty-nine fractures in 33 cases were treated by using Dynamic Compression Plate(DCP),and 9 of them were atttached with arch bar or miniplate as tension band.All of cases were followeed-up for 3～12 months and 4 months on average. Evaluation was made according to clinical examination,analysis of occlusion models and X-ray observation.Results Postoperative intermaxillary fixation was maintained 6.49 days in single fractrue and 9.90 days in multiple fractures on average.The motion of jaw restored to a normal level early, 4 cases were found occlasional disturbance after operation.Conclusion The compressive fixation is extremely effective in treating mandibular fractures.更多还原
