U-74006F对脊髓创伤后线粒体系列酶活性的影响

【摘要】 目的:为了探讨U—74006F对脊髓创伤后线粒体系列酶活性的影响。方法:采用Allen法造成猫脊髓损伤,观察线粒体Ca2+-Mg2+ATP酶,Na+-K+ATP酶,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及MDA含量的变化。结果:U-74006F治疗组ATP 酶及SOD酶活性下降幅度较低,MDA含量增加不明显。结论:U—74006F在脊髓线粒体的病理生理改变中起着重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of U - 74006F to series mitochodrial enzyme activaties. Methods: Spinal cord model was performed by Allen method in cats, changes of mitochodrial Na+ - K+ ATPase, Ca2+ - Mg2+ ATPase, Superoxide dismutase(SOD) activaties, contents of malondial dehyde(MDA) were inspected by the different biochemical methods. Results: The activaties of ATP ase and SOD decreased nonsignificantly in U - 74006F group, the content of MDA increased nonsignificantly in U - 74006F group. Conclusion: U- 74006F play importamt roles in mitochodrial pathophysiological alteration after spinal cord injuries.
