【摘要】 目的:探讨应用液气回流冷冻针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用机理。方法 :经皮穿刺到脊神经后支 ,对神经分支施行深部冷冻。结果 :临床观察263例 ,疗效理想 ,近期随访优良率为91.6 %。结论 :本法操作简单、安全、针头接触面积小 ,无副作用 ,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一条新途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the mechanism of refrigeration onprolapse of intervertebral disc cooled under liquid gas reflux.Methods:Posterior branch of spinal nerve was refrigerated by transcutaneous paracentesis.Results:Short term follow up showed that 91.6 percent of the total 263 patients could get better results.Conclusion :The treament could be easy performed.It was safe without side effect because of the little contact square of the needle.It should be a new way in treating of the prolapse of intervertebral disc.更多还原
