辐射法锌凝固点复现及其不确定度评定
Realization of Zinc Fixed-Point by Radiation Thermometry and its Uncertainty Evaluntion
【摘要】 中国计量科学研究院研制了用于辐射法复现锌凝固点的新型大口径锌固定点黑体 (空腔直径 10 m m,长80 mm,发射率大于 0 .999) ,并用辐射温度计 (硅光二极管作为探测器 )复现了锌凝固点 ,而且对其不确定度进行了分析。锌凝固点复现的扩展不确定度为 0 .2℃ ( k=3.2 5,ν=9)
【Abstract】 The realization of zinc fixed\|point has been accomplished by radiation thermometry at NIM.A new type of blackbody crucible with a cavity has been designed,which is 10mm in inner diameter and 80mm in depth.The whole measurement was made by means of a radiation thermometer with a silicon photodiode and a 40nm half bandwidth interference filter,which was 952\^64nm in limit effective wavelength at zinc fixed\|point.The expanded uncertainty of the zinc fixed\|point realization is 0\^2℃( k=3\^25,ν=9).
