【摘要】 目的 :在我局行政、技术管理人员中 ,早期发现心血管疾病的高危人群。方法 :以 6 4名有心血管疾病者和 90名被检者 ,二组均为 45岁以上 ,男性 ,均采集枕后部头发 0 .5 g左右 ,作 Zn、 Cu、 Se、 Ni、 F e、 Mn、 Mg、 Ca等 8种微量元素含量测定 ,用 SAS软件中非参数判别法判别。结果 :从 90名被检组中 ,判出 12名高危人群 ,经临床确诊为心血管疾病者 9名 ,余 3人尚有 3~ 5年观察期。结论 :研究证明心血管疾病和微量元素之间确有相关关系 ,以患者作标准 ,“健康人”作检查组 ,同时测定发中微量元素 ,判别“健康人”中的高危人群 ,再送医院去临床确诊 ,是解决线多面广、医疗条件差的众多铁路建设队伍的行管人员 ,是一种普查筛选行之有效的办法

【Abstract】 Objective: It is to identify the high-risk group of cardiovascular diseases from the staff of the 15th engineering bureau in railway ministry. Methods: The contents of the trace elements in hair were detected in two groups which were patient group(64cases with cardiovascular diseases) and staff group(90 staff). All in these two groups were male and over 45 yesrs old. The data was analyzed by computer with NPAR Discriminant of SAS software. Results: 12 of 90 staff were identified as the patients with cardiovascular diseases, in which 9 with cardiovascular diseases were confirmed after clinical examination. The rest(3 staff) need to follow up for 3 to 5 years. Conclusion: Identifying high-risk group of cardiovascular idseases from general people is an effective screening method for those who live or work in the distant areas with poor medical services.
