【Abstract】 It is known that problems such as low utilization rate of facilities and big size of obtained product exist in white carbon black production based on the sulfuric acid process. The product quality is therefore made uncertain. The paper gives a systematic introduction of the technical reformation in the white carbon black production line. The replacement of the sulfuric acid process by the acid sol process can not only improve the performance of white carbon black but also raise the output by 25%. The yield and productivity can also be increased.更多还原
