论操纵证券交易价格的法律控制
On the Legal Control Over Manipulating the Dealing of the Securities
【摘要】 本文针对现实中操纵证券交易价格的违法犯罪行为及其危害 ,在剖析其发生原因的基础上 ,探讨了如何以法律手段将其控制在最低限度之内。
【Abstract】 The text focuses on the detriment of the illegally manipulation over the dealing in securities and analyses how to keep it under control to the smallest degree possible through law.
