【Abstract】 This thesis explores the evolving history about application of the local law which is adopted according to the location of the object in foreign moveables real right and the applicable areas and legal application of the some specific moveables real right .The author also suggests that our own legal principles about the application of the local law which is adopted by the location of the object in foreign moveables real right should be enacted considering our own practical situation and drawing on legislative exprierence of other countries.更多还原
