【摘要】 建立子宫颈癌新的腹腔化疗方法，观察腹腔化疗对子宫颈癌的临床治疗效果。方法：采用腹腔化疗联合子宫颈癌根治性手术方法，治疗Ⅰ～Ⅲ期菜花状宫颈癌２０例，并与同期放射治疗的２０例患者进行对照观察。结果：腹腔化疗明显缩小了宫颈肿瘤（Ｐ＜０．０１），为彻底手术提供了有利条件。腹腔化疗结合根治性手术１、２、３年生存率均为１００％，与放疗的疗效相当。结论：腹腔化疗可作为治疗子宫颈癌的新方法，既对局部肿瘤有较好的控制和杀灭作用，提高手术切除率；又对控制肿瘤远处转移有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a new celiac chemotherapy method to cure cervical cancer and study its clinical effect on the cervical cancer.Methods: Celiac DDP injection combined with extensive surgery cured 20 cases of stage massive cervical carcinoma and compared with the result of 20 cases of same stage using radiotherapy at the same time. Results: Celiac chemotherapy can diminish the cervical carcinoma (P < 0. 01 ). Combined with the surgery, the 1 - 3 year survival rate are 100%, same as that of the radiotherapy. Conclusions: Celiac chemotherapy is a new method to cure cervical cancer. It is an easy and effective method to control both the local carcinoma and the distant metastasis.更多还原
