【摘要】 目的：探讨序贯培养及囊胚移植的意义及应用情况。方法：用ＰＩ、ＢＭ系列培养液＋１０％母体血清进行序贯培养及囊胚移植，统计受精率、卵裂率、囊胚获得率、妊娠率及单胚种植率。结果：序贯培养获得了较为可观的囊胚率、妊娠率及单胚种植率。结论：ＰＩ、ＢＭ是一种条件适宜的培养液，序贯培养及囊胚移植方法是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the meaning and apply ing prospect of sequential culture and b lastocyst transplantation.Methods:Use sequential medium+10% maternal ser um in vitro culture,the fertilization ra te,cleavage rate,blastocyst rate,pregnan cy rate and implantation rate were counted.
