【摘要】 研究地龙提取物对大鼠胎仔的生长促进作用。方法 :利用被动吸烟的方法建立大鼠IUGR模型 ,喂食地龙提取物 ,观察其对胎仔生长、发育的促进作用。结果 :地龙提取物治疗组胎仔的平均体重、身长和尾长显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;地龙提取物治疗组IUGR的发生率显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :地龙提取物含有纤溶活性较强的纤溶酶成分 ,对IUGR胎仔的生长、发育有显著的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the growth promoting effect of earthworm on fetal rat with IUGR.Methods:After the establishment of IUGR model with passive smoking,rats were fed with earthworm (Eisenia foelide)extract.Results:The average body weight,body length and tail length of fetal rats in treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0 01);the incidence of IUGR was significantly lower in treatment group than that of the control group(P<0 01) Conclusions:Extract of earthworm has anticoagulant and fibrinolytic effects and can promote the growth of fetal rats with IUGR.更多还原
