电站锅炉施工组织CAD技术初步研究
An Initial Study on Computer Aided Construction Organization Design for Power Plant Boilers
【摘要】 针对我国电力建设部门锅炉施工组织设计缺乏先进设计手段的现状 ,开发了计算机辅助锅炉施工组织设计应用软件 BCOCADS。 BCOCADS可提高设计质量 ,缩短设计周期 ,是电站锅炉施工组织设计的有效设计工具。文中给出了计算机辅助锅炉施工组织设计的设计思想和开发过程 ,制定了机具选配与布置、锅炉受热面的组件划分以及锅炉大件吊装顺序的 CAD技术方案 ,并建立了可存储有关锅炉施工组织设计数据的数据库
【Abstract】 In view of the existing situation that most power construction Co.must do manually their boiler construction organization design in our country,a CAD application software on boiler construction organization design for power plant (BCOCADS) has been studied.BCOCADS can be used as an efficient tool improving the design quality,saving design time and free designers from numerous and trivial work.The idea and development process of BCOCADS has been given in the paper.The plan of construction implement choice and arranges,heating surface divide and large sequence of component suspended arrange by computer aided has been drawn up.In addition the database to store data of boiler construction organizatoin design is developed.
