【摘要】 目的：总结近１０年来未行头颅ＣＴ扫描２１５例外伤性颅内血肿的诊断及治疗经验。方法：采用本组病例，分清醒组，再昏迷组（含持续昏迷）二组的临床处理结果进行比较．结果：清醒组８３例：治愈８０例，治愈率９６．３６％；死亡３例，死亡率３．６４％．再昏迷组１３２例：治愈８６例，治愈率６５．１６％；死亡４６例，死亡率３４．８４％．结论：外伤性颅内血肿在清醒期合理处理，可明显降低死亡率和提高颅内血肿术后的生存质量．更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment experience of 215 cases of traumatic intracranial hematoma without CT detection in recent 10 years. Methods: All cases were divided into two groups clear group and re-coma group (including continuous coma) and the results of clinical treatment were compared. Results: 80 cases of 83 in clear group were recovered with curative rate 96.36% and 3 dead with mortality 3.64%. 86 cases of 132 in re-coma group were recovered with curative rate 65.16% and 46 dead with mortality 34.84%. Conclusion: It could reduce the mortality during clear period by rational treatment for traumatic intracranial hematoma so that to improve the quality of lives after operation.更多还原
