【摘要】 本文应用隐动脉皮瓣修复膝部软组织缺损８例，均获成功，创面一期愈合，经半年至２年随访，术后皮瓣外形良好，皮瓣不臃肿，其血运、弹性及颜色与正常皮肤相似，感觉与健康皮肤相同。隐动脉皮瓣的血供丰富，不破坏主要血管，血管蒂长，转移方便灵活，静脉回流充分，皮瓣有感觉，手术简单安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of knee soft tissue defect were treated with saphenous artery flap successfully with primary healing at the surface of wound. The flap contour was good and not cumbersome after half to 2 year’s follow-up. The blood supply, elasticity and color of flap were similar as normal, so did its sensation. The saphenous artery flap could have rich blood supply without major blood vessel destruction. Its blood pedicle could be long and convenient enough to transfer with completely vein regurgitation and sensation. The operation could be simple and safe.更多还原
