【摘要】 本实验建立大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型 ,观察挑筋疗法的抗炎免疫作用。结果显示 ,挑筋疗法能减轻局部炎症反应 ,消退足跖肿胀 ,使跖围减小 ;通过观察各组大鼠血清的IL 1、IL 2、TNF含量 ,发现以上指标与致炎对照组比较均有非常显著差异。实验表明 ,挑筋疗法可以调节免疫功能 ,增强机体抗炎免疫能力 ,起到抗炎免疫的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the Freund’s arthritis animal model,we studied the effect of fibrous tissue broken pricking on anti inflammatory and immunization.The result is that fibrous tissue broken pricking can relieve the local inflammatory and antioncotic matatarsal joint.In different groups the contents of TNF,IL 1 and IL 2 have statistically significant correlations.It proves that fribrous tissue broken pricking can regulate the immunization of body and reinforce the anti inflammatory.更多还原
