【Abstract】 Collected Works from Brothel was the first book about singsong girls in ancient times.The author broke through the fetters of the idea of dispising singsong girls and wrote a book mainly about them.From the book we can draw a conclusion that singsong girls played an active role in the classification of dramas,the handing down of dramas,the writing of dramatists and the prosperity of the Yuan Dynasty’s verse.
