【Abstract】 At the turn of the new century, China and USA reached a bilateral agreement on China’s joining WTO,which marked an important step for China’s joining WTO.Undoubtedly joining WTO means an opportunity for China’s economic take off,but inevitably,it will bring some negative influences to Chinese economy.Therefore,it’s neassary to work out a series of measures to eliminate or weaken the possible negative influences.This paper explores into the problem by discussing the protection of strategic industries,the operation of non tariff barrier and the raising of enterprise competitive capacity.更多还原
