【Abstract】 Triggered by brief comments on characteristics of Contract Law,and aiming at analyzing the ending of rights and obligations in contracts,we compared the termination of a contract and the ending of rights and obligations in contracts,and discussed its role in the latter to further nail down the meaning of the ending of rights and obligations in contracts. Wequoted Item 91 of Contract Law to explain the legal termination and the results,and Item 92 and Item 98 to sum up the practical significance of ending rights and obligations in contracts.更多还原
