“汕优63”的产量及其构成因子的数量性状基因位点分析
Quantitative Trait Loci(QTLs) Analyses of Yield and Its Component Traits in “Sa nyou63” Hybrid
【摘要】 本文选用优良杂交组合珍汕 97/明恢 63的 F2 稻蔸群体为材料 ,对产量及产量构成因子 (有效穗、每穗实粒数和千粒重 )的表现分别在两年内进行了考查。通过对 537个 RFL P标记和 54对 SSR标记的筛选 ,共找到了 151( 133个 RFL P,18个 SSR)个多型性标记 ,用这些多型性标记构建了该群体的饱和分子标记遗传连锁图。对产量和产量构成因子进行了 QTL定位 ,在两年内共检测到 36个 QTL s,其中 8个 QTL s在两年内都被检测到 ,其余 2 8个 QTL s分别在一年内检测到。通过对这些 QTL s的定位、效应大小及作用方向的分析 ,为分析该组合所表现出的强大杂种优势打下了基础
【Abstract】 A F 2 ratoon population of an elite hybrid cross between Zhenshan 97 and Minghu i 63 was used to collect field data for yield and yield component traits 151 pol ymorphic loci were found in the population by using 537 RFLP markers and 54 pair s of SSR primers, as a result, a linkage map was constructed with Mapmaker analy sis. A total of 32 quantitative trait loci (QTLs) were identified for yield and the three component traits, 8 QTLs were detected in two years and the remaining 24 QTLs were observed in only one year. The identification of QTLs and the analy ses of their effects and direction will play an important role in exploring stro nger heterosis in this hybrid cross.
