玉米对黄曲霉菌抗性的遗传控制
Genetic Control of the Resistance to Aspergillus flavus in Maize
【摘要】 用 7个玉米自交系进行完全双列杂交 ,对杂种 F1进行自交 ,获得 P1、P2 、F1、F’1、F2 、F’2 6个家系。对 6个家系的种子用黄曲霉菌 ( Aspergillus flavus L ink)接种。根据种子的感病程度 ,对抗性进行遗传分析。结果表明 :玉米对黄曲霉菌的抗性遗传主要受 2 n核遗传体系控制 ,细胞质对抗性的遗传也有影响 ,但 3n胚乳对抗性遗传影响甚微
【Abstract】 The families of P 1、 P 2、 F 1、 F ’ 1、 F 2 and F ’ 2 were obtained by c omplete diallel crossing and the F 1 self pollinated of 7 inbred lines of maiz e. The seeds of those families were inoculated with Aspergillus flavus . The genetic analysis of resistance was performed according to the disease grade of s eed infected. The results showed that the resistance to Aspergillus flavus in maize is mainly controlled by 2n nucleic system and also affected by cytoplas m. But, it is almost not related to 3n endosperm.
