小麦(T.aestivum)Waxy-D1基因缺失材料的发现及分析
The Discovery and Analysis of Wheat Cultivar( T. aestivum ) with Wx D1 (null) Gene
【摘要】 利用 SDS- PAGE技术 ,从河北省及其它省引进小麦地方品种 90 0份中 ,鉴定出了普通小麦Waxy- D1基因缺失材料一份 ,Waxy- B1基因缺失材料 6份。这些材料的发现 ,为我国开展品质育种研究打下了基础 ,尤其是 Waxy- D1隐性材料尤为稀少 ,是至今为止世界上发现的第二份含有该隐性基因的地方品种。在小麦淀粉遗传控制研究和品质育种方面具有深远的理论研究和应用价值 ,并为培育蜡质小麦奠定材料基础
【Abstract】 One Wx D1 (null) variety “Baimangbai” and six Wx B1 (null) varieties were successfully selected by 1 D SDS PAGE from 900 landraces in Hebei. The frequency of normal type> Wx B1 (null)> Wx D1 (null)> Wx A1 (null). Wx D1 (null) is a very important gene. It again shows that the materials in China are a special group; these materials discovered here are a solid foundation of the research on wheat quality breeding in China. This variety will be valuable in the theory study and application in wheat starch genetics and quality breeding. It also has a very good future in the development and utilization of amylopectin.
