甘蓝型油菜离体小孢子胚胎发生能力的遗传分析
Genetic Analysis of in vitro Microspore Embryogenesis in Brassica napus L.
【摘要】 对一套甘蓝型油菜6×6半双列杂交组合和1个F2群体进行了离体小孢子培养。不同基因型 (组合)间产胚率差异极显著,小孢子产胚率的广义遗传力为0.85。F1小孢子产胚率具有明显的杂种优 势,平均优势率为10.52%。小孢子产胚率的一般配合力和特殊配合力方差均达到极显著。根据一般配 合力的大小,可将供试亲本分为高和低配合力两类,由两个高一般配合力产生的组合也具有较高的产 胚率和较高的特殊配合力。F2分离群体单株小孢子产胚率呈连续变异,从F2群体中获得了一些具有 较好培养反应的单株(产胚率>50胚/蕾)。基因型间小孢子胚一次性成苗率存在明显差异,其变幅为 11.5%~61.5%。
【Abstract】 The ability of embryogenesis from isolated microspores of Brassica napus was studied using a set of 6 x 6 half diallel crosses and a derived F, population. Variance analysis showed that the variation of microspore embryo yield (MEY) between parents and F, hybrids mainly caused by different genotypes and the broad sense heritability of MEY was 0. 85. Obvious heterosis of embryo yield in F1 hybrids was observed (the average heterosis ratio in F1’s = 10. 52%). Variances of gneral combining ability (GCA) and special combining ability (SCA ) were significant. The parents used could be grouped as two categories, high GCA and low GCA. F1 combinations produced from two high GCA parents would have higher MEY as well as higher SCA. A continuous distribution Of MEY in F2 population was observed and a few of individuals with much higher MEY than parents and F1 have been isolated from the population. The frequencies of direct plant regeneration from microspore embryoes which were derived from different genotypes vary, ranging from 11. 5 % to 61. 5 %.
