继代11年的籼稻单倍体Hu18的后代特性研究
Study on the Genetics Characters of Hu18, a Haploid Indica Rice Progeny Subcultured for 11 Years
【摘要】 研究了继代11年的籼稻单倍体(Hu18)后代的性状遗传及细胞学、分子生物学的变化,结果 指出:(1)Hu18培养物具有单倍体易加倍,绿茵分化率高,个体均匀,增殖快等生物学特性,(2) Hu18再生后代在数量性状和质量性状上都发生较大变异,其中以生殖生长变化最大,包括结实率降 低、千粒重变轻、植株矮化、生育期缩短等并出现不育株和紫色突变株;(3)Hu18再生植株R1根尖细 胞染色体多数为单倍体,占82%,二倍体占16.4%,还有极少数混倍体;(4)Hu18再生植株R1的过 氧化物酶和脂酶同工酶都具有4个亲本的所有酶带,同时各增添了2条特异谱带。
【Abstract】 The inheritance of the agricultural characters and the variation of the cytology and molecular biology properties of Hu18, a haploid indica progeny subcultured for 11 years were studied. The results indicated that: 1) The Hu18 progeny had excellent properties of convenient to chromosome doublization, even size and fast propagation. 2) Large variations occurred on the quantity and quality property of Hu18 progeny. The largest variations were found in the maturation phase, including decrease in spikelet fertility, growth stage. Sterility lines and purple mutants were found. 3) 82% of root cells were haploid, 16. 4% diploid, and a few miscellaneous ploid. 4) The peroxidase isozyme and esterase isozyme of Hu18 descendant owns not only all the bands of 4 parent varieties, but also 2 special bands.
